The Research Innovation Center provides a rich and diverse environment promoting opportunities for collaboration between the public and private sector. The Entrepreneurial component of this project promotes sustainable growth within the center. Revenue generated from the leased private space shall be used to offset the operating and maintenance costs associated with the facility. This proposal is aligned with a multi-phase expansion of the Judson M. Harper Research Complex at the Foothills Campus, Colorado State University. It is incorporated in and is consistent with the Foothills Master Plan.
