This project deconstructed the old Lory Apartments in order to add 600 new beds on the site, along with additional community and academic support spaces. Alpine and Pinon Halls feature a mix of community-style rooms and suite-style rooms with shared and private bathrooms.
The students dine in the recently upgraded Durrell Dining Center facility. Pinon Hall houses the college of Natural Sciences residential learning community. The Laurel Village Pavilion provides programming, lounge and meeting spaces for Laurel Village residents. The Pavilion features innovative energy saving features including a katabatic tower.
