The new parking structure is four stories, with approximately 24,000 gsf of retail and office space on the first floor. Solar panels installed on the garage provide 20% of the facility’s annual electrical usage, and there are 4 electric car recharge stations. These green features helped to secure a LEED Gold rating. Increased daylighting and a painted ceiling structure make the garage brighter than normal, and there are be security cameras and emergency phones on all 4 levels.
