Eddy Hall Revitalization

Revitalization of the 1963 Eddy Building included new MEP systems, installation of fire suppression, reclad of the building exterior with new windows, asbestos removal and a new 3,500gsf entrance addition with several new classrooms. A landscaped plaza off of the academic spine was constructed at the new entrance. New interior finishes, upgrades to classroom AV systems and new furniture was also provided with the project. The 69,457gsf building houses classrooms, lecture halls and faculty offices for the English, Philosophy, and Ethnic Studies departments in the College of Liberal Arts.
